Contracts are the lifeblood of commerce (and of many lawyers’ practices) and an area of law where the civil and common law approaches differ significantly.

Description

Here are some of the sorts of contracts the course looks at – property, lease, distribution, agency, M&A, finance, framework, joint venture and employment.

Not only does the course give you the vocabulary you need to draft and discuss contracts in English, it also helps you understand the common law approach.

After you’ve done this course, you’ll have learnt the specialist language of contracts and be able to communicate more effectively and confidently about contracts.
